Our diverse workforce of 13,000 has delivered large-scale, mission-critical, and multi-platform projects for governments and enterprises in Singapore and the APAC region As a Business System Analyst (Technical) , you will serve as a techno-functional analyst, bridging business requirements with technical solutions through system design, requirement analysis, and functional validation. Responsibilities Provide ongoing application support and participate across the full SDLC, including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Lead requirement-gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional specifications, workflows, and solution designs. Perform functional analysis and ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives, processes, and technical feasibility. Prepare comprehensive documentation of requirements, processes, and system designs. Define and execute test strategies, develop test cases, conduct functional and user acceptance testing, and follow through on defect resolution. Plan and deliver end-user training for new implementations or system enhancements. Act as a trusted partner to business stakeholders, advising on IT processes, workflows, and organizational impacts. Support project management activities, including requirement definition, progress tracking, and ensuring delivery against scope, timeline, and budget. Coordinate cross-functional resources and ensure alignment for project execution. Provide 24/7 application support where required. Contribute to RFP preparation, vendor assessments, and solution evaluations in collaboration. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in experience in developing, implementing and maintaining IT systems Strong business analysis skills with proven ability to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into functional and technical deliverables. Solid understanding of MS Windows environments and enterprise application support. Proficiency in SQL/Oracle database. Demonstrated success in project management, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and independent working skills. Prior experience in the healthcare domain is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related engineering disciplines.
