This is a great opportunity for someone meticulous, organised, and keen to contribute to process improvements in both physical and digital systems. What to expect: Coordinate document retrieval and return for offsite storage, ensuring timely and accurate tracking. Conduct physical verification exercises to support annual registry stocktakes and assist in preparing maturity assessment reports. Monitor the registry inbox for circulars and minutes, ensuring proper and timely dissemination. Drive the organisation-wide SSID staff pass renewal project, managing data collection, vendor coordination, and pass distribution. Support divisions in the change-out of office furniture , coordinating timelines and logistics. Who we are looking for: Possesses minimum a Bachelor's Degree with strong experience managing physical records and digital systems. Familiarity with government procurement, data processing, or analysis is a plus. A proactive problem-solver with an eye for improvement and detail.
