We are hiring a Recruitment Consultant (Non-FDW / Corporate Hiring) - Full-Time, Part-Time, or Freelance.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with corporate clients across industries (F&B, cleaning, logistics, construction, etc.) to understand their manpower needs.
  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment process : sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and placement.
  • Build strong relationships with employers and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Stay compliant with MOM regulations and manpower requirements.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in corporate hiring preferred.
  • Must hold a valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) .
  • Familiar with manpower sourcing practices and industry norms.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, resourceful, and customer-oriented.
