We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Artificial Intelligence efforts.

About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding a team of AI Engineers on technical knowledge, project management and execution, problem solving and establishing communications between internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Manage a team of AI Engineers, guiding them on technical knowledge, project management and execution, problem solving and establishing communications between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Work with relevant stakeholders to manage and see through projects from start till end.
  • AI Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
  • System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain AI systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Data Management: Collect, pre-process, and analyze large datasets to train and validate AI models.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders, to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and implement best practices to enhance our AI capabilities.

Requirements

  • Education qualification in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning or relevant field.
  • At least 4 - 5 years' work experience with AI/ML projects.
  • Experience leading a team of at least 2 - 3 AI Engineers.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
  • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, techniques, and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
