Job Scope:
Handle full spectrum of HR and administrative function (excluding payroll)
Manage full cycle of recruitment process for non-executives, including sourcing, posting job advertisement, interview coordination, etc.
Plan and execute employee engagement events
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize team-building activities and recognition programs
Administer employee benefits including insurance update and claims
Provide employee relations support including clarification on claims and leave entitlements updates, administration of referral programs, etc.
Process new hires, employee changes, and terminations in HRIS/DMS system, benefits administration, and other similar duties
Maintain the HR database, employee records, and filing of documents and training updates
Draft and update documents including employee handbook, forms, SOP, policies, and other HR-related documents
Handle administration of employment contracts for non-executive level
Collaborate with schools for internship opportunities directly with universities or polytechnics
Manage work pass administration
Handle MOM-related matters including Work Right Inspection and MOM Surveys
Manage training grants, MINDEF claims, and other government claims
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Possess a Degree/Diploma in HR/Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of related HR experience
Prior exposure from MNC environment will be highly valued
Prior exposure from Logistic industry is advantageous
Proficient in MS Office
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Willingness to develop and learn new skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Good knowledge of employment law and regulations

Working Hours: Mon - Fri / 8.30am - 5.30pm
Location: Pioneer (3 Bus Stops from Joo Koon MRT)
