What you will be doing:
Expand SHOPLINE's customer base by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and networking.
Build and leverage partnerships with referral partners, including agencies, enablers, consultants, and industry associations, to generate high-quality leads.
Develop and sustain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential and current clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities.
Craft and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients and partners.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales revenue targets.
Provide timely and efficient communication with clients and partners throughout the sales cycle to ensure a seamless experience.
Provide consistent sales pipeline reports and forecasts to management.
Represent SHOPLINE at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Who you are:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partner Management, specifically in the e-Commerce, SaaS, or retail sectors.
Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and lead generation, including cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
Proven track record of prospecting and closing SMB/mid/enterprise-level business deals.
A results-driven individual committed to achieving key outcomes, including meeting KPIs and targets.
Preference for candidates with a background in retail, eCommerce, Point of Sales (POS), Social Commerce, or SaaS, and an understanding of unified commerce solution.
Demonstrated strong business acumen, with a self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple tasks.
Additional experience in the E-commerce and SaaS industry is highly desirable.
