Responsibility Lead and support maintenance activities for rolling stock assets (passenger vehicles, engineering trains and depot equipment), ensuring maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with technical standards and operational requirements Supervise and support technicians in performing scheduled maintenance, corrective maintenance, and overhauls of rolling stock assets. Plan and allocate daily maintenance tasks, ensuring alignment with service schedules and operational requirements. Conduct technical assessments and fault investigations; provide guidance to resolve complex technical issues. Review and verify maintenance documentation, reports, and logs for accuracy and completeness. Monitor maintenance activities to ensure quality, safety compliance, and adherence to established procedures. Assist in training and mentoring technicians to enhance their technical skills and knowledge. Participate in audits, inspections, and both internal and external reviews of maintenance practices. Perform additional duties as assigned by superiors. Requirements Recognized diploma in Mechanical or Electrical or Electronic Engineering from local polytechnic.
