Key Responsibilities:
Grow our OTC business in Asia. Attract customers, understand their needs, and work with the product team to tailor our offering for the target market niches.
Boost sales for project market making, ensuring clients feel thrilled from the get-go.
Craft and put into action strategies to attract projects in need of market-making services.
Sell our trading infrastructure and execution to other traders with working strategies.
Build and nurture connections with important players in the crypto world, like VCs, banks, payment processors, other traders, lenders, and exchanges.
Spot market trends and work with teams and executives to bring new products to the market.
Manage the accounts of and ensure client satisfaction through the whole lifecycle.
What We’re Looking For:
At least 2 years of experience in crypto market-making as a Business Developer or similar role.
Knowledge of the ins and outs of project market-making.
Previous experience in OTC product sales and development.
Extensive network within the crypto industry, including connections with VCs, investors, foundations, traders, and market leaders.
Previous background in financial markets will be considered a plus.
Someone with a passion for the crypto space and a strategic mindset for driving business growth.
Fluent in English.
