Restaurant Operations Manager
As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for leading daily operations and guiding team members to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Ensuring efficient service delivery through effective management of staff and resources.
  • Mentoring and training junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Upselling menu items and promoting ongoing promotions to drive revenue growth.
  • Implementing action plans to maintain high-quality customer service standards.
  • Minimizing wastage and optimizing resource use to improve operational efficiency.
  • Providing prompt and excellent customer service to guests at all times.
  • Cultivating a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes staff morale and engagement.
  • Strategizing manpower planning to support operational needs.
  • Handling guest complaints with care and providing service recovery options.
  • Ensuring smooth implementation of new menu items and maintaining a clean restaurant environment.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in any field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience and proven track record in managing teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingsness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Business acumen and financial understanding to drive profitability.
