Job Title: Senior Cybersecurity Sales/Business Development Department: Cybersecurity and Service Reports To: Director, Cybersecurity and Service Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and independent Senior Cyber Security Sales/Business Development personnel to drive growth in the fast‐evolving cybersecurity landscape. This role is ideal for a strategic hunter who thrives on building new relationships, unlocking market opportunities, and delivering impactful solutions to enterprise clients. You'll be at the forefront of our expansion, shaping the future of digital defense. This person will be reporting directly to the Director of Cyber Security and Services, offering strategic exposure and high‐level engagement. The role offers a competitive monthly base salary ranging from SGD 6,000 to 8,000 , complemented by annual performance‐based bonuses that reward excellence and results. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute robust sales strategies aligned with company goals and Identify and penetrate new markets, verticals, and customer segments. Build and nurture long‐term relationships with key decision‐makers and stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and delivering tailored cybersecurity solutions. Address client concerns with agility and uncover new growth opportunities. Monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs, ensuring consistent Present weekly sales cadence and strategic insights to senior leadership. Collaborate cross‐functionally to align sales efforts with product, marketing, and delivery teams. Stay ahead of cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and competitive movements. Provide actionable insights based on market analysis and customer feedback. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums. Qualifications Diploma or degree in any discipline from a recognized institution. A minimum of 4 to 7 years of progressive sales experience, demonstrating a consistent record of achievement. Prior experience within the relevant industry is strongly preferred. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
