We are seeking a skilled Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our IT team on a fixed contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls and load balancers.
  • Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues and ensure optimal uptime and reliability.
  • Assist in network upgrades, migrations and expansion projects.
  • Perform network security tasks such as access control and firewall rule management.
  • Support WAN, LAN and wireless connectivity for enterprise users.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve connectivity issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of network diagrams and processes.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for critical incidents.

Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in network administration or engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing and switching technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with network hardware (Cisco, Juniper).
  • Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
  • Basic understanding of VPNs, load balancing and wireless technologies.
  • CCNA certification preferred; higher-level certifications an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Good communication skills and customer-focused mindset.
