Our ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with the Israeli community. This includes attending community events, cultural festivals, and networking functions to promote our school.

Responsibilities

The Admissions Representative will work closely with the admissions and marketing team to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with the Israeli community.

  • Community Outreach & Engagement:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with local Israeli families, organizations, and businesses.
    • Act as our liaison to the Israeli community, promoting the school through outreach initiatives such as open houses, school tours, and community presentations.
  • Marketing Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with the Israeli community.
    • Leverage both digital and traditional marketing channels to maximize outreach efforts.
  • Cultural Sensitivity & Messaging:
    • Ensure all marketing materials reflect a deep understanding of Israeli culture and language.
    • Use Hebrew when necessary and ensure that messages resonate with Israeli families' values.
  • Collaborative Event Planning:
    • Coordinate events and initiatives aimed at Israeli families, such as cultural celebrations, Israeli Independence Day observances, and informational seminars about our school's offerings.
    • Support our involvement in local Israeli community events to increase visibility and strengthen our reputation within the community.
  • Admissions Support:
    • Assist prospective Israeli families with the admissions process, providing information and answering questions about our school's programs, curriculum, and community.
    • Collaborate closely with the admissions team to ensure smooth and welcoming onboarding for Israeli families.
  • Market Research & Reporting:
    • Conduct market research to understand the needs, preferences, and concerns of Israeli families within the local community.
    • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, engagement metrics, and feedback from the Israeli community to continuously improve marketing effort.
