About the Role:
  • Build strong relationships with learners and staff within the school community

  • Enforce essential agreements and rules established by the school, including boundaries and technology usage
  • Promote regular contact and feedback with senior leadership team members
  • Report any safeguarding concerns promptly
  • Participate in whole-school events and activities as required

A typical day involves overseeing duties across primary and secondary schools, monitoring learner behavior, and addressing any issues that may arise.
