Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with residents, stakeholders, and project partners to ensure smooth project operations
  • Communicate effectively with residents, contractors, consultants, and authorities such as Town Councils and HDB
  • Address resident feedback and complaints, reporting outcomes to the manager
  • Organize work schedules to prevent conflicts during repairs
  • Coordinate site inspections and manage defect rectifications
  • Manage inquiries, feedback, and project-related complaints, following up with appropriate actions for resolution
