What We Are Looking For
At least 8 years of experience in HR or relevant field
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
Effective management and leadership capabilities
Meticulous attention to detail
Appreciation of Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) NS structures, systems, policies, and processes is preferred
