Job Description & Requirements Roles & ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities 1. Receptionist duty, handles walk in, calls and email, to reply email enquiries.2. Handle Home Maintenance Service (simple handyman work) - all enquiries, admin paperwork to process, statistics compilation3. Outreach to smaller flat types for Home Maintenance Service4. Logistics - arranging tables and chairs for workshops and talks5. Process all programme enquiries6. Liaise with senior beneficiaries7. Collate stats and programme monthly reports8. Meeting minute writing9. Upkeep premises clean and keep stock inventory.10. Procure refreshment and stationery.11. Provide support to the team in adhoc projects eg roadshows12. Perform other duties as assigned.Job Requirements - Meticulous, performance-oriented, self-motivated personality with good interpersonal and strong communication skills- Good organizational with a sense of commitment and responsibility.- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), able to use the computer or willing to learn- Able to work independently and in a team- Minimum 2 years working experience- O Level or equivalent
