We are seeking
ACLP-certified Adult Educators
with
industry expertise
and
AI technical proficiency
to deliver
Generative AI (Gen AI) training programs
for professionals in Singapore. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in
adult learning methodologies ,
domain-specific knowledge
(e.g., HR, Finance, IT, Marketing, Logistics, Operations), and
hands-on AI tools experience
to equip learners with practical Gen AI skills.
Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Facilitation (Must be ACLP-certified)
Deliver interactive and learner-centric Gen AI courses in compliance with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) and WSQ standards.
Apply Adult Learning Principles (ACLP) to engage diverse learners (working professionals, mid-career switchers, executives).
Adapt training methods (e.g., case studies, simulations, workshops) to different industries and skill levels.
Industry-Specific Gen AI Application (Subject Matter Expert)
Hands-on training with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Deepseek).
Guide learners in applying AI solutions (e.g., automating reports, AI-powered marketing content, data analysis).
Requirements
ACLP certification (mandatory).
3+ years in corporate training, adult education, or industry role (HR/Finance/IT/Marketing/etc.).
Prior experience teaching AI-related courses (advantageous but not mandatory if strong in industry + AI skills).
Strong communication skills (ability to simplify AI for non-tech learners).
