Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the quality and accuracy of Gen AI use cases. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing scalable accuracy monitoring processes, providing stakeholders with clear reports, managing accuracy data, and implementing monitoring processes to track key metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze Gen AI use cases to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Establish and improve scalable accuracy monitoring processes.
  • Provide stakeholders with regular reports on Gen AI performance.
  • Manage and analyze accuracy data to ensure quality and relevance.
  • Implement and refine monitoring processes to track key metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strategic planning abilities, and experience with Microsoft tools such as PowerPoint and Excel. Additionally, they should have a background in change management, technology management, investments, relationship management, data quality, program management, PMO, project management, portfolio management, business process management, and test data.
