Project Management Officer Role Overview">

This role presents an exciting opportunity to join a leading financial organization as a Project Management Officer specializing in Gen AI. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of Gen AI use cases through comprehensive monitoring and analysis.

Key responsibilities include establishing and improving scalable accuracy monitoring processes applicable to various Gen AI use cases, providing stakeholders with clear and insightful reports on Gen AI performance, and managing and analyzing accuracy data to ensure data quality and relevance for performance evaluation.

Additionally, the incumbent will contribute to the preparation of Gen AI test data, focusing on document samples, and implement and refine monitoring processes to track key metrics for Gen AI use cases, enabling proactive identification of performance trends and potential issues.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience in managing all stages of the product life cycle, proven ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and influencing and communication skills to drive effective outcomes to meet challenging timelines.

They should also possess the ability to work under challenging environments and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
