Project Management Officer (PMO) Job Description

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the company's Gen AI projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gen AI Project Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and accuracy of Gen AI use cases through comprehensive monitoring and analysis.
  • Process Improvement: Establish and improve scalable accuracy monitoring processes applicable to various Gen AI use cases.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide stakeholders with clear and insightful reports on Gen AI performance, including metrics and trends.
  • Accuracy Data Analysis: Manage and analyze accuracy data, ensuring data quality and relevance for performance evaluation.
  • Monitoring Processes: Implement and refine monitoring processes to track key metrics for Gen AI use cases, enabling proactive identification of performance trends and potential issues.
  • Reporting and Communication: Generate regular reports on the accuracy and performance of Gen AI use cases, highlighting trends and insights for stakeholders and various forums.
Requirements:
