Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned AI implementation director to drive the strategic development and deployment of artificial intelligence solutions across our organisation. This key role will oversee the creation, execution, and monitoring of comprehensive AI roadmaps aligned with our business objectives and client needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute AI strategy and roadmap: Identify opportunities for AI-driven efficiency improvements, personalisation, targeting, operational workflows, and performance measurement.
  • AI tool evaluation and recommendation: Research, assess, and recommend AI technologies (e.g., natural language processing, computer vision, machine learning) that can be integrated into marketing workflows and internal processes.
  • Project management: Lead end-to-end AI implementation projects from conceptualisation to full-scale deployment, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget, and meeting stakeholder expectations.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership and stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, drive strategic direction, and facilitate the adoption of AI solutions.
  • Process optimisation: Identify and redesign existing marketing processes and internal workflows to incorporate AI, ensuring seamless integration and maximising benefits of automation and intelligence.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, consulting, or technology, focusing on AI and technology implementation, with a strong understanding of advertising, marketing, and the creative industry.
  • Technical knowledge: Familiarity with AI technologies and understanding of the AI project lifecycle.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and organisational skills, along with exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
