Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Gen AI Performance Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about data analysis and artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze Gen AI use cases to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Establish and improve scalable accuracy monitoring processes applicable to various Gen AI use cases.
  • Provide stakeholders with clear and insightful reports on Gen AI performance.
  • Manage and analyze accuracy data, ensuring data quality and relevance for performance evaluation.
  • Implement and refine monitoring processes to track key metrics for Gen AI use cases, enabling proactive identification of performance trends and potential issues.
  • Generate regular reports on the accuracy and performance of Gen AI use cases, highlighting trends and insights for stakeholders and various forums.
  • Contribute to the preparation of Gen AI test data, focusing on document samples.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Comp Science, Data Analytics, Business).
  • Up to 2 yrs of experience in data analysis, or AI-related work.
  • Basic understanding of Gen AI concepts and how they are used.
  • Comfortable using tools like Excel, SQL, or Python for data analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on data accuracy.
  • Good at organizing tasks and tracking project progress.
  • Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus: Experience with AI model evaluation or working with document-based datasets.
