About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned data analyst with expertise in AI-related work to join our team.

  • This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your skills in Gen AI use cases and contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of Gen AI use cases through comprehensive monitoring and analysis.
  • Establish and improve scalable accuracy monitoring processes applicable to various Gen AI use cases.
  • Provide stakeholders with clear and insightful reports on Gen AI performance.
  • Manage and analyze accuracy data, ensuring data quality and relevance for performance evaluation.
  • Implement and refine monitoring processes to track key metrics for Gen AI use cases, enabling proactive identification of performance trends and potential issues.
  • Generate regular reports on the accuracy and performance of Gen AI use cases, highlighting trends and insights for stakeholders and various forums.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Comp Science, Data Analytics, Business).
  • Up to 2 yrs of experience in data analysis, or AI-related work.
  • Brief knowledge of Gen AI concepts and how they are used.
  • Proficiency in using tools like Excel, SQL, or Python for data analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on data accuracy.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to track project progress.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
