What The Role Is
The Character and Citizenship Education Branch (CCEB) in the Student Development Curriculum Division 1 (SDCD1) is seeking a dynamic and skilled Data & AI Analyst to leverage data analytics, machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI) to drive insights and enhance business processes for CCE curriculum evaluation and programme. You will play a crucial role to support the analysis and implementation effectiveness of CCE curriculum, Values in Action (VIA) and Uniformed Groups (UG) programmes.
What The Role Is
The Character and Citizenship Education Branch (CCEB) in the Student Development Curriculum Division 1 (SDCD1) is seeking a dynamic and skilled Data & AI Analyst to leverage data analytics, machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI) to drive insights and enhance business processes for CCE curriculum evaluation and programme. You will play a crucial role to support the analysis and implementation effectiveness of CCE curriculum, Values in Action (VIA) and Uniformed Groups (UG) programmes.
What You Will Be Working On
Design, implement, and maintain Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) pipelines to ensure efficient data processing and integration
Conduct in-depth data analysis and profiling to uncover patterns and anomalies
Develop and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics
Create compelling data visualisations and interactive dashboards
Evaluate and implement AI solutions to optimise business processes
Collaborate with colleagues and other agencies to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
This is an individual contributor role. We welcome individuals with or without work experience to apply for the position.
What We Are Looking For
Trained in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
Relevant working experience in data analytics, and AI implementation
Prior experience in education sector or public service would be preferred
Practical knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their applications
Proficiency in Python or R, with focus on data analysis libraries
Excellence in problem-solving and critical thinking
