We are using data and smart decision tools to help building Manus and empower business. You will cooperate with business leaders, product managers and engineers to make Manus better.

**Core Responsibilities：**
- Business Intelligence: Analyze income, cost, growth metrics, and retention patterns to support strategic decisions
- Product Analysis & Strategy: Design A/B tests, analyze feature performance, and provide data-driven product insights
- Fraud Detection & Strategy: Develop and maintain fraud detection models and risk monitoring systems
- User Analysis & Strategy: Conduct cohort analysis, optimize marketing strategies, and analyze user behavior patterns

**Required Skills**:

- Technical: Proficient in SQL, Python for data analysis, experience with data visualization tools
- Business: Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data insights into business value
- Statistical: Strong foundation in statistics, hypothesis testing, or regression analysis
- Modeling: Experience with machine learning algorithms and fraud detection modeling preferred

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2-4 years of data analysis experience
- Experience in fraud detection preferred
