The role of Director of Project Delivery for the EMEA Region (India_Remote) involves supervising the successful execution of large-scale, high-value projects for enterprise clients. Key responsibilities include ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, quality assurance, customer satisfaction, and business growth. The director will lead a team of project managers, establish strategic delivery frameworks, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize project execution.

Responsibilities:

  1. Leading and supervising the project delivery function for enterprise customers, aligning with business objectives and client expectations.
  2. Developing and implementing best practices, methodologies, and frameworks to enhance enterprise project delivery efficiency.
  3. Managing and mentoring project managers and delivery professionals to ensure high performance.
  4. Establishing governance structures, monitoring performance metrics, and fostering collaboration with internal teams and clients.
  5. Driving continuous improvement, managing vendor relationships, and reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; MBA preferred.
  2. Minimum of 15 years of project management experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role with enterprise clients.
  3. Proven track record of delivering complex, high-value projects on time and within budget.
  4. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  5. Proficiency in enterprise project management tools; PMP or PRINCE2 certifications advantageous.
  6. Willingness to travel for client engagement and oversight.

This is a full-time, remote position with benefits including flexible work-from-home arrangements during UK shifts.
