Overview About Our Client Our esteemed client is a leading global financial institution providing a broad range of services including retail banking, asset management, and corporate finance. Job Description The Service Lead is accountable for performing all run activities, ensuring the team adheres to SLAs (changes, incidents, requests) and appropriate reaction based on incident severity. ITS ITIL processes are followed (change, incident, problem management). Handle escalations from Production Engineers Level 3 (incident, request, change) and escalate to management when needed. Ensure knowledge is shared within the team and conduct field sessions. Coordinate with other teams (AS, Infra, Network, Build). Create post-incident reviews (PSS) and drive improvement topics as required. Continuously improve service provided by Production Engineer L2/L3 and ensure time slots for ongoing improvements. Promote automation and innovation; manage knowledge with AS community in Paris and London. Train Production Engineers on transferred activities for the business line (production of the applications). Proactively liaise with third-party teams to arrange trainings, documents, and sharing sessions with the team. Maintain a regularly updated knowledge database. Drive complex operations and ensure the team is well prepared (involvement in DRP tests, WIP, major incidents, etc.). Act as global coordinator during DRP/WIP/main events. Review major release roadmaps with the team and ensure post-checks are documented and reports shared. The Successful Applicant Infrastructure or Application support hands-on experience of at least 4 years. Knowledge of IT Ecosystem & Operations Background with experience in IT for Capital Markets and Corporate Banking (knowledge of front office to back office application flow). Understanding of transversal technologies (SAN, Unix, Windows, Network, DBA, scheduler, MQ, Ctrl-M). Technologies and/or Applications knowledge.
