Job Description: The Business Development Director will lead the company’s strategic growth efforts within the interior design and fit-out industry , focusing on client acquisition, partnerships, and market expansion. This role requires a deep understanding of interior design trends, project cycles, and client expectations across commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors. Develop and implement business development strategies to grow the company’s client base and market share in the interior design sector. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including direct clients, architects, real estate developers, and contractors. Manage and grow a strong sales pipeline through networking, industry events, cold outreach, and referrals. Lead proposal development, tender submissions, and contract negotiations with prospective clients. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Work closely with the design, project, and marketing teams to align service offerings with client needs and market demand. Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify emerging trends, pricing models, and new service opportunities. Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and business networking events to increase brand visibility and reputation. Set and track performance KPIs related to revenue growth, lead conversion, and client retention.
