  • Assist in preparing planners, proposals, and follow-up emails
  • Support the sales team with customer enquiries via email, phone, or WhatsApp
  • Help update and maintain client records and CRM system
  • Coordinate schedules and set appointments for the sales team
  • Prepare simple reports and sales tracking updates
  • Organize and file sales documents and contracts
  • Assist in marketing campaigns and follow-up messages
  • Provide general admin and engagement support as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
