Admin & Event Ops Executive

As a training organisation that is approved to run WSQ and IBF courses, PPP Academy has been working tirelessly on expanding our training programme lineup.
We are hence looking for an **Admin & Event Ops Executive **to support our growing number of training events.
- Be systems and processes oriented (with an eye for detail)
- Have the necessary communication skills and emotional intelligence to handle trainee/customer relationships
- Possess prior experience in training organisation processes
- Be comfortable with event metrics and data-driven reports
- Are not an order-taker, and will proactively work with various departments to further optimize processes
- Can identify potential trainees to acquire referrals and cross-training opportunities
- Have experience in the financial planning industry (our primary pool of clients)
**The job scope includes**:
- Manage and update course landing pages through our CMS
- Plan and manage a calendar of events
- Manage class size and confirmation by trainees
- Manage venue bookings
- Manage and execute pre-event follow-up process to collect all required information and payment from trainees/organisations
- Manage finance claims and refund requests
- Ensure setup of training venue and logistics
- Prepare course itinerary for trainers/staff
- Manage course day registration and support trainees
- Work with Course Fulfillment Personnel to ensure smooth fulfilment of courses
- Prepare post-event expenses reports
- Manage post-event submission of details and grants claims
- Ensure details are correctly recorded and rectify any errors in the database
- Manage digital training resources on LMS
