Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for leading and managing the APAC Technical Services team, ensuring alignment with global Professional Services objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of integrations and systems design principles, as well as hands-on experience with leading iPaaS platforms such as Workato.

The selected candidate will also be responsible for driving customer success by overseeing onboarding, SOW delivery, support packages, and strategic services throughout the customer journey.

This role requires a proactive and self-motivated individual who can work independently in a distributed team environment and take ownership of complex challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical delivery teams within a software company or large-scale systems integrator.
  • Hands-on consulting experience in solution design and implementation, including integration throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Strong resource management and prioritization skills, with the ability to balance workload across competing priorities.
