Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled leader to join our organization as a Technical Lead, overseeing the delivery of Application Services.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will drive technical strategy, systems resiliency and security, and align development efforts with our IT strategic plan.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing software/data engineering team in a dynamic work environment.
  • Mentor employees to ensure they understand goals, embody values, and support expected behaviors that contribute to our success.
  • Support team members to deliver application services successfully and sustainably.

Project Planning & Delivery
  • Provide leadership/counsel in establishing and implementing projects, standards, guidelines, and best practices for software/data engineering solutions.
  • Lead and contribute to the definition of systems architecture required to achieve business objectives, ensuring resiliency and consistency of technology solutions.
Strategic Planning
  • Create forward-looking operating and work plans aligned to business and IT priorities.
  • Effectively manage and optimize technology investments for maximum ROI.
  • Support and develop technology modernization & cloud enablement initiatives, while improving resiliency and automation of legacy systems.
