Roles & Responsibilities

Candidates must be prepared to be on standby on weekend mornings to assist with doctors' rostering.

The Job

  • Provide administrative support to the Medical Services team, including but not limited to preparation of reports, and liaising with internal and external parties on related matters.
  • Plan work rosters and ensure optimal resource deployment at the medical centres.
  • Coordinate and participate in periodic meetings, send out of agenda, record and distribute meeting minutes, and take follow-up action as required.
  • Conduct regular site visits for audits and briefing sessions.
  • Keep track of BCLS and AED certification for all medical employees.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

The Person

  • Preferably Healthcare related Degrees
  • Possess working experience in healthcare settings in an administrative role.
  • Able to write and speak well.
  • Conversant with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good time management and able to prioritise tasks.
  • Previous experience with Clinic Rostering is a plus
  • Mandarin-speaking to liaise with Mandarin-speaking business associates
