Our team is diverse & international (we’re coming from all over the world - so we’re speaking 16 languages), and have teams in Germany; the UK; the US & Indonesia. What are we looking for?We’re wanting to grow our Business Development & Sales team, and we can’t do it without you. You’ll be one of the first in the team, and therefore you determine how you shape it , as well as our business for the future What will you be doing on a daily?Conduct market research & competitor analysis to identify potential new business opportunities - focusing on gaining contacts within the start-up world, consultancies & fast growing firms. Organise your leads to target (trust us when we say that Excel & LinkedIn will become your best friends - could be useful for you to become acquainted?). Develop and implement sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company, globally. Prepare marketing materials, such as pitch decks & client presentations. Conduct discovery sessions & develop strong relationships with our potential clients. And ultimately? WIN THEM OVERSounds good, right? We would LOVE to get to know you if: You have 2-4 years of experience within B2B Business Development / Sales and are looking for your next step. Working experience in recruitment agencies would be a plus. You have a demonstrated success of winning over clients, ideally within client-servicing industries. Working with clients in consulting, investment banks, private equity, and/or start-ups would be an advantage. You’ve completed a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Business Administration, Economics, Sales, or equivalent. English fluency is a must for us (it’s how we communicate with each other) + an additional language would be a huge advantage. So what’s in it for you?
