Great for personal growthJob Description: Our boutique interior design company seeks an experienced and passionate Social Media Strategist to drive brand visibility and engagement across digital platforms. This role will focus on developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines. Responsibilities: Formulate and execute social media strategies that align with company goals, brand guidelines, and KPIs. Manage and monitor all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Little Red Book. Conduct in-depth research on trends and audience preferences in the luxury sector to recommend and incorporate new features that enhance brand engagement. Collaborate with designer and management teams to create, edit, and publish captivating content that resonates with our company brand and marketing strategy. Optimise SEO, web traffic metrics, and engagement across all platforms. Analyse social media campaigns, monitor performance, and provide monthly ROI reports. Engage with customers and followers, responding to inquiries and managing comments and reviews promptly. Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels. Contribute digital insights for new market expansion and support strategic planning and onboarding for these regions. Collaborate with franchise partners to advise on local social media campaigns and optimisation. Job Requirements 1-2 years' experience in a strategic social media and/or digital marketing role, with a focus on luxury brands or high-end markets. Proficient in social media metrics, SEO, and digital tracking tools. Enthusiastic about social media trends and digital technologies. Experience working with both local and international markets. Fluent in English with strong copywriting skills. Skilled in editing tools like Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Previous experience in luxury or boutique design industries is a plus. Strong knowledge of social and programmatic advertising, content creation, and conceptualisation.
