Job Summary

The Guest Services Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless guest experiences through exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide personalized assistance with luggage, directions, and hotel services.
  • Assist with VIP guest management, including enrolment, profile updates, and benefit explanations.
  • Coordinate arrival and departure procedures to ensure efficient guest flow during peak periods.
  • Arrange transportation services for guests and provide accurate information on public transport routes and schedules.
  • Maintain effective communication with hotel departments to relay guest preferences and requests.

Requirements

  • PLRD license and/or good knowledge of Opera cloud system is advantageous.
  • Minimum GCE 'O' or 'N' level education and supervisory skills are required.
  • High flexibility and adaptability are essential.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills are necessary.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays, is required.
