Product Development Manager

As a Product Development Manager, you will drive product development and launch excellence for a growing global footprint.

  • End-to-End NPD : Independently manage end-to-end New Product Development from internal alignment meetings to product launch.
  • Cross-Functional Communications : Ensure on-time product launches and lead all cross-functional communications related to the product launch.

Key Requirements

  • Consumer Product Development : Minimum 5 years of experience in consumer product development with a proven track record of successfully launching products in competitive markets.
  • Analytical Skills : Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify emerging trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Language Proficiency : Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese to facilitate communication with China-based buying and design teams.
