We are currently seeking aGroup Leaderto join ourAEROteam in ourGul Circleoffice. Reporting to theOperations Manager , your focus will beIntegrate innovative mechanical solutions across Honeywell.You will participate and engage in multi-disciplined preventative maintenance focused projects that support the organization's business strategies. You will have a direct impact on business unit, function, and overall site success.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, monitor and execute the engine components movement in Repair Operations Cell A, Cell B and Cell C to ensure continuous operations that can supply at Back End assembly line.
Work with cross-functional teams to complete the work orders on-time.
Review service orders accordingly, establish priorities, and execute the schedules.
Ensure accurate and timely production planning that will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of R&O operations.
Control parts movement of APU components and Single Items components in the Repair Shop.
Ensure the APU Turn Around Time (RAT) is achieved based on the HPD goal.
Ensure the APU components and single items OTFP (On Time First Promise) will achieve based on the HPD goal.
Must HaveProduction Control Experience for Aerospace; certification in production control is an advantage.
Minimum 3 to 5 years related work experience.
Good knowledge of SAP system or other ERP system needed.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Strong analysis skills and time management skills.
Self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Advantage if you have a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Material Science/Industrial Engineering or its equivalent.
We ValueProficient in the use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Knowledge of production control and techniques.
Ability to work independently and prioritize workload to meet project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Initiative, analytical thinking, and motivation.
