Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.



Job Description

This role will be responsible for performing routine technical tasks in order to maintain simulator and other training devices serviceability requirements both on-site and in field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics and avionics, with experience working with complex systems and equipment.



Key Responsibilities

  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform preventive maintenance tasks on simulators and associated systems, diagnose and correct problems, and utilize a maintenance management system to record and track activities.
  • Training and Development: Complete designated training activities and assist in the development of new technicians.
  • Logistics and Administration: Assist with refurbishment and hardware modifications, perform logistics duties, and complete administrative tasks as required.


Requirements and Qualifications

  • Education: 2-year technical degree or 4 years in an electronic, avionic, or technical related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Skills: Ability to work flexible shifts, interpret system prints and schematics, operate test equipment, and proficiency in soldering and circuit board repairs.
