Overview
Senior Associate, Safety Management at Changi Airport Group. The role is part of the Changi East Safety function, ensuring construction works and related activities are conducted safely in compliance with aerodrome safety, workplace safety & health (WSH) and site operations compliance.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing effective safety management systems for T5 development works.
Manage projects and explore the adoption of technology related to safety and operations, including identifying potential gaps to safety and operational requirements contributing to timely completion of T5 works.
Drive collaboration to maintain safety and operations procedures, facilitate consensus among stakeholders, organise safety trainings, and conduct safety evaluations for construction tenders.
Serve as the secretariat for meetings with stakeholders, including setting meeting agendas, performance reporting, compiling safety data for trend analysis, and reviewing risk assessments.
Qualifications
Degree in any discipline with at least 1-3 years of relevant working experience with large corporations or government agencies (preferably in Safety Management or related field).
Possess drive, initiative, meticulousness, and ability to multi-task effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
