Senior Associate/ Assistant Manager (Safety Data) Join to apply for the Senior Associate/ Assistant Manager (Safety Data) role at Changi Airport Group As part of the Changi East Safety function, you will join the team responsible for ensuring that construction works and related activities are conducted safely in compliance with aerodrome safety, workplace safety & health (WSH) and site operations compliance and requirements. The team ensures safety by leveraging various means, ranging from culture promulgation to the development and deployment of digital interventions. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with project team(s) to ensure accurate and timely data collection. Collect, organize and validate safety-related data collected from worksite to maintain usability and quality of data. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in safety database(s). Identify recurring data collected related issues, recommend and implement preventive strategies. Support the development of key safety metrics for insights and actionable recommendations. Support the development and implementation of data tools or templates to collect new data and data collection method. Generate regular and ad-hoc dashboards for stakeholders. Conduct periodic visits to worksite for engagement, data related audits and data collection. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Health and Environment, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related discipline. 1-2 years' of experience in construction safety, safety data analysis or a related role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with safety standards (e.g., ISO 45001) will be advantageous. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Quicksight) preferred. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors. This is a contract position. #J-18808-Ljbffr
