Job Summary:
To support the cost accounting aspect of Finance, including the costing of products, to maintain accurate and timely data and information on cost and its impact on profitability.
Responsibilities:
Costing/Inventory
Calculate and prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports on actual and budgeted/forecasted cost, the volume of production and production overhead (COS).
Conduct cost variance analysis of actual versus budgets/forecast.
Calculate and review monthly production overhead apportionment and run cost program in accounting system followed by allocation accuracy check.
Check accuracy of materials and finished goods costs in the system.
Monthly reconciliation of inventory list and inventory provision schedule to TB, inventory provision and adjustments journals, including open and close Inventory module in EBS.
Review new product costing sheets prepared by RND Team for accuracy and calculation of transfer pricing and profitability, to be submitted to the Marketing Team.
Computation of Free Trade Agreements Cost Statements for Export.
Prepare and pass JV in EBS for all COS and inventory-related transactions.
Review TB for all COS and inventory-related transactions.
Prepare and maintain schedule for Custom Duty Fee and Inventory Purchase file.
Update & maintain BS schedule for all inventory-related transactions.
Prepare COGS and inventory reports and analysis.
Support in any other monthly reports.
Other Finance Functions:
Yearly inventory stock check planning, communication, reconciliation, adjustments and report to Management.
Item code master maintenance.
Internal price list maintenance.
Perform any other tasks assigned by superior/management.
Note:
Able to start work immediately or short notice would be preferred.
