Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients.

Job Description

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers for their incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Coordinate with overseas agents for shipment activities and ensure accurate data entry in reports.
  • Understand import and export processes and complete all required documentation on time.
  • Handle customer complaints and claims, take appropriate action, and notify relevant personnel to prevent re-occurrences.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Relevant customer service experience, preferably in the logistics or shipping industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of import and export procedures.
