The role of Logistics Coordinator is a dynamic position that requires the ability to coordinate logistics operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare shipping documents in accordance with L/C requirements and submit for bank negotiation.
  • Responsible for all export shipments, liaise with forwarders for shipment arrangements.
  • Collaborate closely with logistics teams to ensure timely execution of shipments.
  • Maintain and update export reports on time.
  • Manage customer orders, deliveries, reports and other transactions efficiently.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in shipping and logistics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
