Job Role: Logistics Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the execution of import and export activities, preparing shipping documents, and liaising with internal and external parties to ensure smooth delivery.

The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to communicate with China agents and customers (added advantage)
  • Proactive (when making arrangements) and careful (when documenting)
  • Shipping/forwarding background/experience (added advantage)
  • Candidate with 1-2 year shipping documents experience preferred
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
