Job Title:

Logistics Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate all warehouse operations to ensure seamless order fulfillment and accurate inventory management.
  • Oversee daily inbound and outbound shipments for online orders, ensuring timely delivery and efficient use of resources.
  • Work closely with the e-commerce team to ensure order fulfillment, inventory updates, and returns are processed efficiently.
  • Responsible for maintaining real-time stock accuracy and conducting regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
  • Use e-commerce fulfilment software and WMS to process orders and update stock levels in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) partners or couriers for timely pick-up and delivery.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and restocking of products based on standard operating procedures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level / NITEC / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse role, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
  • Familiarity with order management systems and local courier platforms is essential.
  • Proficient in basic Excel, inventory software, and barcode scanners.
  • Able to lift heavy objects and perform manual handling tasks.
