He/She reports to the Senior Assistant Director of Graduate Studies (GS) and collaborates closely with the other senior managers and the rest of the team in the Marketing, Recruitment, and Admissions (MRA) functions to achieve the collective goals. The MBA programmes admit a high proportion of high-caliber candidates locally and internationally, and compete with business schools from around the world.The Manager plays a lead role and helps oversee a team to meet the various goals and manage the integration of pre-and-post programme experience. He/she will also cross-sell other graduate studies programmes as assigned**Key responsibilities include but not limited to the following:*** Develop and execute marketing plans to drive awareness, leads generation and enrolment numbers.* Produce thought leadership content, social media content and manage new/existing marketing channels.* Track campaign performances, manage marketing agencies, and provide analytics reports.* Maintain CRM databases, run eDM/social media campaigns, and optimize lead-nurturing workflows.* Plan and manage global/local recruitment events such as info sessions, fairs and webinars.* Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and support ranking submissions.* Manage reporting, budgeting, revenue tracking and team performance.* Collaborate with alumni, internal teams and agencies on branding and recruitment initiatives.* Guide porspective applicants and manage end-to-end admission processes* Oversee scholarship frameworks, communications and slection processes.**Key Competencies and Qualification Requirements*** Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably major in business management and/or marketing.
