Regional Human Resource Business Partner Our Client is an Established Oil & Gas Multinational Corporation. We are seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to partner with leadership, enhance talent capabilities, and foster a high-performance culture across the organization. Business Partnering & Employer Branding Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers and key stakeholders on people-related matters. Support organizational change initiatives and align HR strategies with business objectives. Maintain HR content across internal and external platforms to strengthen employer branding. Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to attract experienced and high-potential talent. Build strong relationships with universities, polytechnics, and other educational institutions. Organize career fairs, campus events, and structured internship programs. Provide ongoing support to interns and junior hires throughout their tenure. Learning & Development Design, develop, and deliver training programs aligned with business and operational needs. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs, recommending improvements to enhance outcomes. Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Develop e-learning modules, maintain training records, and prepare reports on participation and impact. Employee Engagement & Culture Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and strengthen workplace culture. Plan and execute recognition programs, events, and engagement activities. Conduct surveys, analyze feedback, and identify areas for improvement. Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging across the organization. HR Operations & Support Provide administrative and operational support across HR functions, including payroll, work pass management, and compliance. Assist with HR projects, reporting, and presentations. Undertake ad-hoc initiatives to support HR objectives and business goals. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field. Minimum 7 years of HR experience, preferably in L&D, talent acquisition, and HR operations. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS, LMS, and other HR tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to balance operational delivery and people priorities.
