As a Sales Assistant, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist with sales, and support the store team to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of store presentation. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide excellent customer service, answering queries and offering styling advice Assist customers with purchases, processing transactions, and handling returns/exchanges Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and promotions Support the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs Assist with visual merchandising, store displays, and maintaining a tidy and organized store environment Restock shelves, fold and display clothing, and assist with inventory management Participate in store events, promotions, and sales campaigns Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a positive customer experience Perform other duties as assigned by management Requirements 1‐2 years of experience in a retail sales environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong knowledge of men's fashion and current trends Ability to work effectively in a fast‐paced environment Proficient in operating a point‐of‐sale system and handling cash transactions Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Work Location is EAST of Singapore. Working Hours 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays (rotating shifts)Salary Commission on sales, Overtime, Target Bonus Possible to take home up to $2700 based of best sales performer on an average month.
