Job Scope:
The Finance Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the finance department by completing various administrative tasks. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Responsibilities include:
Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Manage company expense reports and petty cash.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including processing invoices and payments.
Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.
